About The Wanted Children Foundation

The Wanted Children Foundation (TWCF), was established in 2006, to meet the growing numbers of  vulnerable children and families in Nigeria, West Africa.  When visiting Nigeria, TWCF's founder Courtney Anderson, was challenged to put everything that she had ever known and believed into action.  The incredible plight of millions of Nigerian children and their families needed to be presented to the rest of the world.  Realizing that, if we are capable of doing something we should, Courtney was determined to find a way to get aid where it is needed most.  Not aid wrapped up in bureaucracy and administration, but aid directly to the vulnerable; so  The Wanted Children Foundation was born.  TWCF is based in Chilliwack, BC; is incorporated under the Canada Corporations Act as a Not-For Profit Organization and is registered under the Income Tax Act.   The Wanted Children Foundation feeds and clothes vulnerable children, cares for widows, operates a micro loan program and creates educational opportunities for those who could never dream of the possibility of going to school. Currently TWCF is undertaking a water drilling project, that will bring clean drinking water to thousands.
